Movement Matters Policies

To keep Movement Matters running smoothly, we ask that all clients please honor our business policies. They are set to better serve you. 


1. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are a new client, please arrive at least 10m early to fill out your paperwork


2.Payment is due D.O.S, if you need a check held, there is a $10.00 fee added.


3. Please honor our space by speaking quietly, use cell phones outside or in the cafe, this is so everyone can enjoy their sessions. 


4.There is a $3.00 charge for Credit Card services


5. If you miss your appointment and there is no notice you will be charged in full. 


6. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy


7. We accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, & Pay Pal


8. In the winter we typically follow school closings, to keep everyone safe.
